Mount Umunhum Preserve Materials
Once the home of Native Americans and more recently the site of a military surveillance station during the Cold War, Mount Umunhum south of Silicon Valley was closed to the public and finally reopened as a historical preserve late in 2017. To help celebrate the occasion, EGAD was asked to design a logotype that drew from classic national park posters as well as the mountaintop’s disparate heritage to anchor numerous materials for its grand opening event.
